EVENT IS BEING HELD from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at the


VENDOR SPACES AVAILABLE (set up for all spots will be Saturday morning 7 am – 9 am):

INSIDE – $45.00 fee. Book a prime indoor space! Each space is 10 x 10. INSIDE is nice so you don’t have to worry about the weather. Spots are pre-assigned and shown at set-up. Electricity and eight-foot tables are available for rent at an additional cost for inside spots ONLY. Vendors must bring your own extension cords.

PAVILION – $35.00 fee. Book a prime outdoor space. Each space is 10 x 10. The pavilion outside is nice so you don’t have to worry about bringing a tent. Spots are pre-assigned and shown at set-up. Tables are not available to rent for these spots, must bring your own.

OUTSIDE – $25.00 fee. Book a 10 x 10 space outside on the fairgrounds; outdoor regardless of weather – bring a tent! Vendor must bring everything needed, including tables for outside spots.

  • What CANNOT be sold: NO Tobacco, Firearms, Weapons, Alcohol, Offensive, Suggestive/Provocative Items.

FOOD VENDORS – $50.00 fee. Book a space outside on the fairgrounds; outdoor regardless of weather. Vendor must bring everything needed for set-up. IF Electricity is needed, additional cost is $1.00 per amp needed (30 amp = $30; 50 amp = $50)

  • All FOOD Items must be pre-approved and vendor MUST have Herkimer County Health Department Certificate.

Attendees (age 16 and older) will be charged $1.00 for admission, however, will receive a $1.00 coupon to use at any vendor booth for the day of the event. At the end of the event, all vendors will be reimbursed for any coupons that were redeemed. (This is to calculate the number of attendees we get.) A copy of this coupon will be provided to all vendors for review. Each vendor will receive two FREE vendor passes for the day.

Payment must be mailed in with copy of registration form or through PayPal. Spot will be secured once payment is received. Agreement is non-cancelable by applicant. No refund of payment will be made. Returned payment fee of $20 will apply if any checks are returned/denied by the bank.
